Google Image Search turned into a basic version (old)

I have a problem with Google Image Search on Lunascape, it turned into a basic version (old) and there is no option to switch back to the standard version (new). This happens when I use Gecko & WebKit engine but there is no problem when I use the Trident engine & other browsers like Firefox & Internet Explorer. I have reinstalled, updated Lunascape, Java & Flashplayer to fix this problem but nothing changes.

For your information, this problem occurs since 3 days ago. There's no change I've done on my computer & the problem has also been experienced by my friends when they are using Lunascape.

Hi aligolok,

Thanks for using Lunascape!

Thank you also for your bug report. We have confirmed that in Gecko and WebKit the old version of the images search page is displayed (with the "footer" items in the center of the page), while in Trident the new version is displayed (with the "footer" items at the bottom of the page). Since the Gecko and WebKit engines in Lunascape are a bit old, we suspect it may be due to the way the site is implemented. Whether by conscious choice or not, perhaps the policy of Google is to display the old page for older rendering engines. If this situation occurs only recently, they probably made a change recently. While a release date is not yet set, we are planning to release Lunascape with an updated Gecko engine, after which the new site should be viewable also in Gecko.
